My work as a certified personal trainer and Sports Performance Training specialist through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and a certified run coach through the USA Track and Field (USATF) and the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) is fulfilling in ways I can't begin to properly explain. There's nothing like helping someone reach their goals and realize their own potential. I specialize in strength training for endurance athletes and race preparation/training for runners of all levels and I'm also happy to talk to you about helping you reach your fitness goals that don't include running.

What I offer... 

 

In-Person Training (for Pittsburgh locals)

Individual Sessions: $65 each 

Packages: 

12 Sessions $672 ($56/session)
8 Sessions $464  ($58/session)
4 Sessions $240  ($60/session)

*I offer a few other pricing options for groups, etc. so be sure to contact me with questions/ for more information.

Online Training

Run Coaching offers:
-Initial consultation including discussion of past exercise experience, current goals, fitness assessment, etc. (we can meet in person (if you’re local), chat on the phone, or email)
- Daily availability to text or email coach when questions arise
-A complete, fully customized training plan.
-Updates to your training plan as needed (plans are made on a weekly basis).
-Regular communication through email, skype/facetime or phone to discuss, assess and evaluate your training.

( $150/month)

Strength Coaching offers:
